I love photography because every so often I catch an angle of life that stops me completely. A fold of light on the water, the way fog sits on a hillside, a unique angle of the world so stunning and specific it almost doesn't feel real. I try to capture those moments with my camera, and even though a photograph never fully holds what I saw, it comes close enough to bring me back to that exact second every time I look at it.

I have a deep love of nature and landscapes in particular, and that shapes almost everything I shoot. You'll notice you almost never see people in my photos, not even in the distance. That's intentional. I want the land, the light, and the water to be the entire subject, undisturbed and untouched. It helps me situate the moment in clarity, peace, and isolation.
